Our Pathology services include:
Clinical Biochemistry
We use clinical biochemistry to diagnose health issues, assess prognosis, and guide a patient's therapy by measuring chemicals (both natural and synthetic) in blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.
Immunology & Serology
To discover antibodies, explore immune system abnormalities, and assess organ, tissue, and fluid compatibility for transplantation, we research the immune system and its functioning and diseases, as well as blood serum (the clear fluid that separates when blood clots).
Clinical Haematology
We administer tests to study more about the causes, prognoses, treatments, and prevention of blood illnesses.
Microbiology
We investigate unicellular, multicellular, and acellular microorganisms, as well as microscopic organisms such as viruses, bacteria, algae, fungus, slime moulds, and protozoa.
Clinical Pathology
We perform clinical pathology tests to diagnose illness utilising the techniques of chemistry, microbiology, haematology, and molecular pathology to analyse biological fluids such as blood, urine, and tissue homogenates or extracts in the laboratory.
