Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Experience:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5+years in a leadership rule within the diagnostics or healthcare industry.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills .Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Willingness to travel within the designated zone

Job Description:-

Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships-Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.-Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Sales Operations:-Monitor sales activities and performance, and provide regular reports to senior management. Ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and other departments to streamline sales operations. Market Expansion:-Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services. Compliance and Reporting:- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the National Sales
